About me
Colombian, curious and obsessed with results.
I'm Nancy Conde. I became a mother very young. I'm an immigrant. A Latina. A woman who built her life far from where it started. I'm an engineer by background, but I never stayed in one box. I've worked in technology, built businesses, developed websites, worked in SEO and digital marketing, created brands, launched products, learned how to sell, and eventually built my own company in Malta.
I learned resilience because life demanded it. I learned business because I wanted independence. I learned marketing because I understood that having a good idea is not enough if nobody sees it. Today, I'm the founder and director of House of Magna, where I help businesses, founders and personal brands build visibility, authority and a presence that actually means something.
I'm still a mother. Still an immigrant. Still Latina. Still learning. But now I build from everything I've become.

Strategic consulting with me starts from €500 + VAT. Marketing packages with my team start from €1,000 + VAT per month. Video and photo production is quoted per project.

How long does SEO take to show results?
The first SEO results usually arrive within 3 to 6 months, depending on your industry and competition. In the meantime, Ads campaigns can bring you clients from the first month.
What is GEO and why does it matter for my business?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) means optimising your brand so it appears in answers from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. More and more clients search this way, and we want them to recommend you.
Do you work with businesses in France and the rest of Europe?
Yes. We are based in Malta, where we also run shoots and in-person meetings, and we work remotely with clients in France, Spain, the rest of Europe, Latin America and North America, in English and Spanish.
